The relationship between motivation and success so strong, because high motivation will ensure total preparation which will, in turn, ensure maximum performance and results.
Well what creates motivation, a strong “WHY”. You work hard to do what’s needed to be successful and have a sustainable drive to be successful for one reason, a strong “WHY”. Determine your “WHY” and you’ve figured out how to SUCEED!
Some people succeed because they are destined to, but most people succeed because they are determined. They have that “WHY”!
